The hotel room is available from 2 p.m. If you want to arrive earlier, you can always indicate this when making your reservation. The check-out time is at 11:00 am, if you want to check out later, this is possible based on availability
Bringing the bike? That is possible! You can park your bicycle in front of our hotel or in the basement. There are also enough power points for your e-bike here. You can also rent a bicycle from us for a fee. Free bicycle routes are available at our reception.
Your breakfast is served in an extensive buffet in Jacobs Tearoom. Our breakfast buffet is open from Monday to Friday from 07:00-10:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 08:00-11:00
The Berghotel is located on the Amersfoortse Berg, 3 minutes from the highway. The nearest bus stop is a stone's throw from the hotel and the train station is about a 15-minute walk away. The center is located 2.4 km from our hotel, about a 25-minute walk away.
Take exit 5 Maarn. (From utrecht: Turn left and go straight on at the traffic lights. Go under the viaduct and then turn left at the traffic lights.) At the Stichtse roundabout, take the first exit and then straight on at the roundabout. You will see the Berghotel on your left.
Our hotel has 120 parking spaces where you can park for free. There are special parking spaces for trainers, disabled people and electric cars. Of course there are charging points available.
Although the Berg team is a big animal lover, we cannot welcome your pets in the hotel. Of course we make an exception for your assistance dog. Your pet is welcome on our terrace, there are also drinking troughs for the four-legged friends.
The Berghotel is easy accessible with a wheelchair. Everything is on the ground floor and the passages are wide enough for mobility scooters. There is special parking for disabled people and you can book the disabled room and use the disabled toilet at all times.
The kitchen is open until 9:30 PM. You are welcome to dine or have a drink with your group in the bar until about 00:00.
Certainly, our kitchen does not shy away from a creative challenge. Where possible, we request that you pass on your allergies and dietary requirements when making the reservation. This way the kitchen has time to provide you with a suitable alternative to our menu.
We do not have a separate children's corner, but of course there are high chairs, coloring pictures and games available. There is a chess/checkerboard in our lobby.
We offer 16 multifunctional meeting rooms. This means that we can combine several rooms for flexible capacity options.
